All participants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and the Legal Disclaimers below, and by the decisions of Bangor International Airport and the City of Bangor, Maine, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the game.

Eligibility

This contest is open to residents of the United States 21 years of age or older who have lawful access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address. Void where prohibited. Excluded residents may play, but WILL NOT be eligible to receive any prizes.

Employees and members of the immediate families (immediate family is defined as parent, sibling, child, spouse or any person residing in the same household as employee or consultant) of Bangor International Airport and the City of Bangor, Maine, Royal Caribbean, Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Hotel Beach Resort, Allegiant their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and promotion agencies WILL NOT be eligible to receive any prizes.

General Conditions

By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decision of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Bangor International Airport reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value.

All prize winners may be required to submit valid identification to Bangor International Airport and to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within thirty (30) days following first attempted notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and awarding of the prize to another entrant. By entering, participants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Bangor International Airport and the City of Bangor, Maine sponsors, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries and/or death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this contest or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize won in connection with this contest.

Contestants agree to Bangor International Airport's use of their names and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Bangor International Airport is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or transactions, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by a contestant, equipment, or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error or malfunctions. Bangor International Airport reserves the right to halt or modify the contest at any time during the contest period if events beyond their control compromise the contest's fairness or integrity. Bangor International Airport is not responsible for typographical or other human or technical errors in the offer or administration of this contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner or the distribution of the prize.

Bangor International Airport, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the contest, refuse to award prizes, and require the return of any prizes, if entrant engages in any conduct Bangor International Airport deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the contest or detrimental to other entrants.

Bangor International Airport reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the contest.

This contest may not be used for any form of gambling.

Rules/Winners Information

For winner information or an additional copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by November 30, 2011 to: Bangor International Airport, 287 Godfrey Blvd., Bangor, Maine 04401. Specify "Rules" or "Winners List."

Internet

If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Bangor International Airport which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, Bangor International Airport reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. In such event, Bangor International Airport further reserves the right to award prizes to the players with the most points as of the termination date.

Bangor International Airport assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or transactions. Bangor International Airport is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail entry or transaction to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this contest. In the event of a dispute, entries made by internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Any entry that is incomplete, late, does not include a validly issued User ID will be disqualified.

In the event that the contest is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Bangor International Airport reserves right to discontinue or modify the Contest.
